Wrangler 4xe Gets Special Jeep Performance Parts
A lift kit for a hybrid? How about a new wall charger that is 5 times faster than a standard cord? Check out Jeep's new accessories for the Wrangler 4xe!

Go back in time 10 years, and if someone told you that hybrids would have lift kits you might laugh. However, the hybrid space has changed dramatically: gone are the days where hybrid powertrains were reserved for purely utilitarian vehicles, now hybrid powertrains are powering some of the most exciting vehicles on the market: including the recently introduced Jeep Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid. Jeep has unveiled some special performance parts for this vehicle. So what is in store?

The headlining accessory is an industry-first two inch lift kit which is specially designed for the Jeep Wrangler 4xe. The Wrangler 4xe already comes with a full time 4x4 two-speed transfer case, fully articulating suspension, and 30 inches of water fording capability- so this lift kit takes things to the next level. The JPP lift kit includes four springs, four FOX shocks, front lower control arms, front and rear stabilizer links, front and rear bump stops, all shipped in a wooden crate. This all comes at a price of $1,495.

In addition to the specific lift kit, Jeep introduced a 240 volt wall charger. The wall charger comes in two forms- a hardwired form (costing $621.50), and a plug-in version (costing $$647.90). This system charges the vehicle five times faster than the standard cord setup.

This lift kit and charger are unique for the Wrangler 4xe. The Wrangler 4xe can also take advantage of the existing array of Jeep accessories- such as rock rails, tube doors, winches, and more. The new after-market parts shows Jeep is taking this vehicle seriously, we are excited to see where it goes and will be sure to make a video on the Jeep Wrangler 4xe as soon as possible.
